This page explains how Maroc Pages processes online payments through the CMI (Centre Monétique Interbancaire) platform, as well as the rights and responsibilities of our users regarding transactions, refunds, and security.

Secure Payment Processing

All payments made through the Maroc Pages platform are processed securely via CMI, Morocco’s certified and regulated electronic payment gateway.
  • Transactions are encrypted and protected under PCI DSS security standards.
  • Maroc Pages does not store or access your full payment card details.
  • 3-D Secure authentication may be required by your issuing bank to confirm your payment.
  • All payments are processed in real time and require approval from your bank and CMI.
Note: Maroc Pages cannot be held liable for payment delays or refusals resulting from banking or network issues outside of our control.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept payments via:
  • Moroccan and International Visa, MasterCard, and Maestro cards
  • Select e-wallets and digital payment systems approved by CMI
  • Payments are processed in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) unless otherwise stated
If you pay with a card denominated in another currency, your bank may apply conversion fees according to its own exchange rate policies.

Payment Confirmation

Once your payment is completed and approved:
  • You will receive an automatic confirmation email summarising your transaction.
  • Your Maroc Pages service or listing will be activated shortly after confirmation.
  • If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours, please contact our Support Team at support@marocpages.com.

Refund and Reimbursement Policy

Maroc Pages aims to ensure transparent and fair refund conditions for all clients. Refunds may be available under the following terms:
  1. Eligibility:
    Refunds apply only to services that have not been activated, delivered, or published.
     Once a digital listing, advertisement, or campaign has gone live, refunds are no longer guaranteed.

  2. Refund Request Procedure:
    To request a refund, contact billing@marocpages.com within 7 calendar days of your payment.
     Include your order number, transaction reference, and reason for the request.

  3. Refund Processing:

    • Approved refunds will be processed through the same payment method used for the original transaction.

    • Refunds typically appear in your account within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank and CMI processing times.

    • Maroc Pages cannot control external bank or card network delays.

  4. Non-Refundable Services:

    • Active or completed advertising campaigns

    • Custom content creation or design services

    • Subscription renewals once the period has begun

  5. Partial Refunds:
     If a refund is approved for a partially completed service, Maroc Pages reserves the right to deduct administrative or processing fees.
Note: Unauthorised charge-backs initiated through your bank or card provider may result in suspension of your Maroc Pages account and additional administrative costs.

Important Disclaimers

  • Maroc Pages acts as the merchant, while CMI serves as the payment processor.
    Payment processing responsibilities are shared among your bank, CMI, and Maroc Pages.

  • Maroc Pages shall not be held responsible for transaction rejections due to:

    • Incorrect card details

    • Insufficient funds

    • Security verification failure (3-D Secure)

    • Technical issues on the CMI or bank side

  • All prices and service availability are subject to change without prior notice until payment is finalised.

 

By proceeding with your payment, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted Maroc Pages’ Payment Terms, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order or subscription before it is confirmed or activated. Once your campaign or listing is live, cancellations will follow the refund process outlined above.

Security & Fraud Prevention

CMI’s payment infrastructure includes advanced anti-fraud protection and encryption. If you suspect any unauthorised activity on your card after using Maroc Pages, contact your bank immediately and notify our team at security@marocpages.com.
Maroc Pages reserves the right to suspend or reject any payment in the event of suspected fraud, illegal activity, or breach of terms.

Legal Compliance

All payments are processed under Moroccan e-commerce and banking regulations in accordance with:
  • Law No. 09-08 on Personal Data Protection
  • Law No. 31-08 on Consumer Protection
  • Law No. 53-05 on Electronic Exchange of Legal Data
